At UMH, this is one of our favorite times of year: The Louisville Manufactured Housing Show. Every year in January, we attend the industry-only trade show to get a first look at new manufactured housing designs, home innovations, and the latest and greatest in prefabricated housing.
The Louisville Manufactured Housing Show is the largest display of factory-built homes at any trade show in North America. It’s a great opportunity for our team to network with professionals, homebuilders, suppliers, and other community owners and operators in the manufactured and modular housing industry. This event helps us stay on top of housing trends, and truly provide the best in amenities and pricing to our residents and homebuyers.
In previous years, we were treated with a first look at what became fast favorites in custom-design and amenity options for our new homebuyers.

The Louisville Manufactured Housing Show is where manufacturers first announced gorgeous custom tile showers, hidden pantries and smart home features that include Nest, Lutron and Snap Power to connect the devices in their manufactured homes.
Part of what makes this industry-insider show so fun is that there are no sneak peeks. It’s 3 days full of surprises that set the stage for the year ahead.
